My son had purchased a Medical Guardian for me and since then my husband has passed away. I am so glad to have one of these because now I am alone in the house and I feel more safe with this, as I have fallen a couple of times and couldn't get up. I’m happy with everything except only 1 of the neck pendants works We were only able to activate one so is it possible to return the other one and take the additional $10 for the drop activated pendant off my bill
