A little afraid for hitting button accidentally

I haven't needed a response, but I've had a few occasions where I accidentally hit the button and I was quite impressed with the quickness of the response. It's comforting to know that if the emergency were real, I'd be assured of immediate help.

Your device was very easy to set up and all of the support people have been very helpful. Mom (Peggy) has had to use the system 3 times since we received it, for her hip dislocating. Aid was on site quickly! I (her daughter) was notified immediately. The last time I slept thru the phone call due to exhaustion as my Dad had just passed 2 days previously after hospice for a week. Your team left me a message and then called my son as he was next on the list. Thankyou all very much!
