I am very pleased with Medical Guardian following a broken ankle in April. I have not had to use it, fortunately, but it has served as a safety net with my family far away. I live in CA & they in NY. Last year after hip replacement my son insisted I wear a neck alert in case something unforeseen occurred. I got a Lively & did not like it, heavy, cumbersome & difficult, not very wearable. After 3 months & not needing, I threw it all away. Yours is much better! Especially appreciate the extra 3 months at no additional charge--a nice surprise! I paid half the price for Lively but with your 3 months more it comes out about the same. May I say your Customer Service rep was easy to understand; Lively's not so. I had to call several times for assistance to open the neck cord & still unable to do it. I had to ask my PT to do it for me. You have a good product. I can recommend you 100% for quality & ease. Never recommend Lively! Thank you. Ann Cressman
