The alert system came the day after I ordered it. We set it up and tested it the same day. My mother dropped the pendant one day and they responded right away to see if she needed help. Another time she slipped off her bed and fell onto her back. The pendant was under her shoulder and she didn't hear the operator talk so they called the family and EMS. We are so glad we have Me ssf ical Guardian.

So far so good. No issues yet so no calls from me. I’d recommend you without hesitation!
