Matter Of Fact

I like Matter if Fact. I hope these little containers last. It seems like the creams go a long way.

I love the product but the box it came in was huge and seemed to be wasteful. I’m really focusing on sustainably and hoping you can look at your packaging and aim for smaller boxes.

Charging an extra couple of dollars for environmentally friendly shipping wasn’t something I liked. The brand should absorb that cost for us, since the brand will be getting the credit for its shipping efforts.

So the serum itself seems to be OK, love that it's long lasting, not sure exactly how effective it is but I'm still open to giving it a chance. It hasn't done any damage to my skin, but I haven't noticed a significant difference either. The big issue I have is with the faulty packaging, though. After a few weeks of use, it started leaking product every time I pushed the pump down which 1) makes me unsure if the remaining serum is protected from the outside air and 2) is wasting this expensive serum. For this expensive a product, it's a significant loss. They just need to adjust the packaging so it doesn't lose half your purchase.
