Mid life crisis marital blues

Hi mark I have not enrolled in your program yet as I do not live in the USA but reading your emails have really given me insight into marital problems. You have opened our minds to genuine ways of connecting and loving. However, in my case, After one year I still am struggling as I feel my husband is going through though a mid life crisis. Men in their mid life crisis are extremely difficult. They don't see reason. Any suggestions on how to save marriages during such times?

It actually works!! Love conquers all

The marriage fitness program is very beneficial and its results is beyond expectations. It teaches you how to elevate yourself to treat the ones who hurt you with respect and love. It leads you the way to rise above all the negative feelings and replace it with positive feelings of love and peace.

Back on Track.....

After a month of getting nowhere I signed up with Mort's Marriage Fitness Lone Ranger track. Following tons of advice and applying, my situation began to change in a couple of months. "Fast is Slow and Slow is Fast". I informed my wife that I had realized that "I could not talk my way out of something I behaved my way into". Both phases apply to teachings from Mort's material. Mort"s advise is powerful and just in time for todays issues. Though we have a lot of work to do, my wife put her wedding ring back on after a 3 month separation. we promised to continue working and I am trying to get her to commit to the Marriage Boot Camp. Thanks Mort, you are a kind and caring professional with an extremely effective methodology.

Daily emails offer encouragement and inspiration

Hi Mort. My husband and I have been married for just over 30 years, and we (at my suggestion) recently enrolled in the Duo Track. We have always struggled with dealing with conflict. Where he is very private, independent, autonomous, and inhibited (maybe reluctant to share sounds a bit less harsh!) we don't enjoy an emotional or physical connection in our marriage. He feels that my expectations in that regard are unrealistic, but your emails affirm that they are not! For many years, among other things, I have consistently used talk charges, touch charges, given presence and presents--although I didn't call them that--in an effort to "make love " in the marriage. Many nights I go to bed discouraged, and I don't think I will have the energy or the will to try again tomorrow. But, I believe in the love we once shared and in the sanctity of marriage, so I somehow motivate myself to try again by the next morning. Truth be told, though, I am exhausted from trying to self-motivate! Your daily emails have given me a great source of support --and a much needed break from trying to self-motivate. and encourage myself to keep trying! So, even though we are participating in the Duo Track, I appreciate--and continue to read-- the daily emails that offer me hope and inspiration. You can never get too much of a good thing!
