Two months. Item not received. No communication from you.

Very disappointing experience. I was excited to try a new product, and my order was never shipped. It was processed, and supposedly sent to the shipper, but that was the end of the trail. I had to contact Marcelle after seeing the order just sit in limbo, and they had no explanation, just wanted to know if I wanted a refund or for the order to be reshipped. I asked how long that may take, and they stated a month. The customer service person I was in contact with was very curt and not very responsive (maybe a bot?) I know someone who placed an order at the same time, received their order in less than 2 weeks. It was a very disappointing experience all around, as I truly like the Marcelle product. I understand with Covid, it is a unique time we are living in, and there are understandable issues, but this was poor customer service issue that could have been handled better
