I've stopped shopping the Marcelle site because your customer service is so confounding, confused, and non-transparent.

Not satisfying 😕

Still haven't gotten my order. Ordered March 9th and it is 4/8/22.

Two months. Item not received. No communication from you.

Please look up my customer service ticket. 116004. Your company sent my package to an address in a different state. Now the product I really wanted is out of stock. Even if I reorder when its back in stock, I bought it when it was BOGOF. Reordering will only get me 1. I’m super disappointed. I love the Golden Glow and I have recommended your company to others.
