I am in love with my order I’ve been waiting for a very long time to get a big makeup case like that, shipping didn’t take long so that’s a plus.

This idea is wonderful, however the full size bobby's and hair pins are not good quality, so I can't use them in my kit. If I was more motivated and didn't unpack every pin.. I would return it. Essential paid $60 for a pin box and some rubber bands.

Took longer to receive than most on-line purchases I make and the order was not filled properly. I had ordered the medium size Z-palette and received the extra large. Was only charged for the med. but ordered the med. for a reason and don't really need one so large. Won't return - too much hassle.
