These were the worst extensions ever! No way they are 100% Remy!

This hair keeps falling/shedding out. It tangles all day long. When I wake up in the morning my hair looks like a very old barbie in a toy box. I've worn extensions for 15 years and never had it be like this from the very first day. I will need to replace them immediately because they're so unmanageable. I feel ugly and embarrassed. I'm extremely upset! I need a refund immediately!

I received my extensions, which are beautiful and so soft, I was so excited. I had them put in professionally this week abs they looked AMAZING, matched my hair perfectly. I received so many compliments. However, today was my first time washing them and 90% of them fell out while washing/conditioning them. I use a high end shampoo called Pureology so this shouldn’t have affected them. I’m so disappointed and worried to have them put back in as I’m afraid it will happen again the next wash. Will be reaching out to customer service to see what they can do.
