It takes forever from label to delivery. Other than delivery, the website is easy.

Your phone folks screwed up my order , date wise & I spoke with them & she said it was good ! However , it was not ! She was new I could tell … nice & kind ! Obviously did not know how to move it in computer ! I had to wait 4 wks defore pain patches came … I was delivered 2 sleep patches ….. too many ! Manager said I could not it back for refund …. You all need to get your phone folks educated … your business wii not survive with this type of poor customer service ! I deserver a huge discount to correct this . Your manager is not do kind & well …. He is lame ! Get it together ….. Thanks Dawn Hatch
