For my husband and I we find the pain patches help especially days we aren't doing strenuous activities. On our more active days there is still pain. Doesnt do anything for siatica. We did not like the way the sleep patches made us feel and I have asked for a way to return what we won't be using. I looked on the website for a way to talk to customer service and the only way is to send an email, which I did. No response yet, but I was asked to write a review. Please get back to me.

when sending notice of upcoming shipment, please indicate SLEEP or PAIN...this gets very confusing

You folks sent the wrong pain patches. I use the super adhesive ones as the only place I use them is on my lower back and the white one won't stay. Even so I have PLENTY of everything for right now so will you hold off sending any more of anything until you hear from me. I have SEVERAL pkgs. of each.
