LUMINAS

I’ve used Lumina over the yrs, my arthritis is much worse, feet, back, hands/knuckles they help some just not complete pain relief, but I use them monthly , they would really help mild to medium arthritis , I do recommend them !

I guess I didn't realize that these were so small. I was disappointed when I received them and I tried to put them under my thumb inside my hand but they would not stay. I have had the other patches that did help but the light ones don.t stick and the dark ones are hard on my skin trying to pull them off. The larger patches do help but can't seem to get t he type that would stay on and not hard to peel off. Wish there was one in-between to stick but not pull on your skin trying to take them off.

Shipping was fine. Still waiting for product to work. Not feeling any relief.

Their the same as the usual patches.
