Shipping takes forever but the price is so much more affordable via Luminas compared to Amazon. Although, I'd love to get my patches in 1-2 days. If shipping could be faster I'd give this a 5 star. For the pain relief patches itself. I have no idea how they work but they do work. I've been using pain relief patches but I hated the smell of them. Luminas pain patch has no smell but works so good. The white patches to me were a waste of money. They would not stick and I could not wear them because they would come off with the friction of movement and clothing. I decided to the tan patches and they are so much better, they stick, I can sleep with them on without worrying about them falling off, I can move freely with no issues. They do leave a little residue on the skin once removed but I'll take it. As far as the pain relief. I use the patches for neck/shoulder pain, hip and knee pain. Yes, I'm falling all apart and I'm only 32. These help so much. The doctor says I have bone spurs and a little OA arthritis in my knee and I will need a steroid shot to help with pain. While I've been waiting for that appointment, these patches has helped me tremendously. I walk alot and the pain is just about gone. I would definitely recommend these patches.

Shipping and service is fine.

Light sticky is too light and does not hold throughout the day. I meant to order the fill sticky- brown- but I received the white patches. Not sure who’s error that was

The patches do reduce my back pain but the adhesive irritates, almost burns my skin. Any suggestions?
