Customer service is outstanding...everyone I've worked with is great. when I received the stronger adhesive patches by mistake, they sent my regular order right away (fast) and said to keep the stronger patches and share, which I will gladly do. Always share with others anyway and this just helps me share with those working out and outside activities who need the stronger adhesive... can't say enough about the integrity of Luminas employees.
