I have been using Luminas for several years. My cervical spine has had four surgeries and is facing another one. I refuse to take prescriptions for the pain and inflammation. The pain patches help to lower the pain numbers. I fell down the stairs about a month ago and did major damage to my right knee. I’m having a total knee replacement in a couple weeks. My knee stays totally covered in the patches to control the pain. My cracked ribs and entire cervical spine love them also. Sleeping likewise is almost nonexistent. The sleep patches keep me off of the over the counter drugs. Allergy season? My throat and sinuses are better. I definitely would recommend all three. I wrap my knee tightly in Saran Wrap to shower, which helps them to last longer Amazingly sometimes the same patch has lasted for days, continuing to give me pain relief. I definitely would recommend this product.
