I am a repeat user. Between my Fibromyalgia and arthritis I use them all over! From shoulders to ankles as needed. Especially so when I back acts up, I place one on each side, usually before bed after a long day. By morning the pain and inflammation are gone or almost gone. I live this product!

I had been having severe back spasm for 6 days non-stop and was in considerable pain. A friend told me about Luminas pain patches so I gave them a try. Within 15 min. after placing two large patches on the place of my back where the spasms and pain emanated, both were gone and haven’t returned!!
