my biggest problem is finding the serial numbers. Difficult just riding over normal bumps in sidewalks and on the road. Not good on hills going up. Not made for everyday use. Good for trips

I received my Luggie Elite and was very impressed with the product. However, I had a technical question and phoned for help twice (during business hours). You didn't answer the phone and you never returned my call. I resolved the issue without your help.

Come on Luggie. This thing has no ability to carry nothing. For 2 grand, we expect much more. I'm 175lbs and it barely carries me. Front and back baskets are a must.

Item is out of stock, failed to update customer, a simple email would do it. But never got one. They automatically cancelled my order.
