Shipping was timely and confirmation of shipping was emailed with tracking for my convenience. All products were well packed and protected, and a lovely 8pc gift accompanied the purchase making it seem so much grander! They even tossed in some wonderful skin and fragrance samples to try. Ones I had never used, so it was a real treat!!. Now I'll know for next time what I will order..... :-)
