Normally it's great, but this time it was pretty bad! I asked for my order to be doubled(2 28 servings instead of 1) and I wanted this to be a PERMANENT change. Well it looks like they went back to 1. I did NOT want that. I want to AVOID all the shipping charges. My last response was also IGNORED. Not like the usual treatment at KOS. What's up with that?

Ordered individual packets for an upcoming trip in plenty of time…so I thought. The packets arrived after I left.

I placed my order 5-26, the order didn’t ship until 6-1 and delivered on 6-5. I called to follow up on my order and customer service told me they were closed on Monday due to it being a holiday. Which I understand. But mind you this was Wednesday when i called to check on the order. All the while on the website they are offering same day shipment for any orders placed. I like the product but I’m not sure I’ll order from KOS again.
