I was excited about this brand because it offered all the vitamins and minerals I was missing in my diet. I enjoyed the taste! I could definitely see using them with a few of my favorite desserts. It just didn’t mix well with my almond milk in my blender bottle. I always ended up with small chunks.

For plant based protein, these sample weren't too bad. The only flavor that didn't really stand out to me was vanilla.

Definitely will be buying again 🫶🏼

I ordered the KOS vanilla protein powder. It tastes good if you don’t mind the taste of stevia, which is very present. I won’t be ordering this again. Izzi in customer service was great; I had signed up for a subscription and Izzi took care of that for me with one email. Thanks Izzi!
