I love the protein, it’s very flavorful, satisfying, and my wife and I add if to many smoothies. Goal is to move away from milk based to plant, and out of different plant proteins I have found my one. After trying so many other protein powders, I have finally found the one that I love! It's delicious! I have some gut issues and KOS digests well. I feel full for hours after drinking it. I prefer the vanilla but chocolate is just as delicious.
