I am very satisfied with KOS protein powder! I have tried several different non-dairy, sugar-free protein powders, but have not really liked the taste of any so far. Some even left me feeling bloated. I absolutely love the taste of KOS and they leave me feeling great. So far I've sampled vanilla, chocolate, and chocolate peanut butter.
