Excellent product. I’m in a limited diet and do not get enough energy. The protein is filling and better yet I gain some energy. But the cherry on top is how creamy it is and so yummy. It’s a sweet treat almost. I drink it with water and it is still amazing. I love the packaging. Takes less space and easy to pull from. Thank you KOS!
