I did not like that you won't ship to PO Box addresses. The supposedly FedEx shipment was 3 days later than the "last" day I was expecting it. I was not happy with your shipping. I will not be ordering from you again online. I will happily go to a store who sells your products & buy it flat out THERE & not deal with the added hassles of ordering online. You used to be such a user-friendly company, but not anymore from my own experience

Disappoint about the product. Does not function at all.

My products arrived as ordered but if I hadn't looked at my credit card statement I'd have paid twice. I received a refund after I called customer service but no apology.

I love this brand. Unfortunately after I place my order, I was never informed that one of the multiple items went OUT OF STOCK, after my order was placed. I asked for a refund, but I was told to keep checking my account to make sure I did not get charged. I think I should have been notified via email only to be informed an item I ordered was out of stock and that I was provided with an immediate refund.

I got the non Aerosol spray and the bottle doesn’t spray.
