Process & Delivery very good. I am satisfied with purchases - But one bottle of floral water makeup remover arrived broken and empty. Could have been wrapped.

Love the products, but the Peony shampoo sample, that was advertised to be included in my order, was missing from my Jun 26th order, can you send one?

I had to use a lot of product for my fine, medium hair. I couldn’t stand the smell but it does dissipate after a day or so. Overall I was not impressed and went back to my salon shampoo and conditioner after a couple washes. Wasn’t a hit for me.

It's too early to tell if the strengthening shampoo & conditioner for my thinning hair is working. Maybe it takes more time. I was hoping that the conditioner would make it easier to comb out my wet hair almost like a detangling like my previous conditioner but it does not. I'm not a fan of the strong fragrance but will get pass it if it works. I do like the volumizing dry shampoo.
