Over all at least this time the products weren’t damaged. Box was cut into and could have been touched by anyone so sanitizing everything before use. Will update after couple of uses. Wish I could read the package inserts and order list/ instructions but came on what looks like well needed new ink cartridge

I love your products but unfortunately I did not receive the product I ordered, and did not receive replacement or reimbursement For the product I ordered. I understand - it is a Holidays but it sort of spoiled my holidays- I wanted to look my best, and my hair is a big part of it. So, I had to do without it... I am not sure I will be ordering your products in the future.

Some very nice products but I have to use too much to get the job done thus the cost is outrageous.
