The product I bought seems to be effective since the very beginning. I have used other products in the past including shampoo and they have aways been very good. The company really works well.

I give this 5 stars because the product is very good quality, smells lovely and I am sure for the right person it would be wonderful. However for me, it aggravated my scalp and I already have issues with itching and scaling and so I am unable to use it. I gave it away.

This shampoo/conditioner combo smells amazing, has made my hair super soft, and has improved its texture. A little goes a long way with both formulas. Would definitely recommend.
