Love the product and best prices but just wish more discounts

I was never content with my hair until I used Klorane. I even get compliments from others. My hair has never been so healthy looking.

I love the chamomille brightening products, not only do they work well but they smell amazing and feel great to use. Even better, however, is the customer service. When my first order was market as 'delivered,' but no package actually arrived, I was crestfallen. Based on past experience with other companies, I didn't have high hopes when I called customer service. But, I was lucky enough to speak with Heather O.; Heather was incredibly kind and extremely helpful. She replaced my order and even waited a week to reship since I wasn't going to be in town to recieve the package. Klorane is a fantastic company with fantastic products.

I first tried the shampoo in Portugal & was delighted to be able to purchase in the US!
