This balm performed above and beyond my expectations! It adds moisture without feeling greasy or messy. I use it under my eyes either under or over makeup when I need a bit more hydration. I highly recommend if you get creasing under your eyes from makeup. This softens it and blurs without feeling sticky or adding weight to the area. Fantastic product!!
