I am a huge fan of the Kiss Impress nails and have been using them for years. The new packs I ordered online from the Rebecca Minkoff line unfortunately didnt meet my expectations. For some reason they came off within seconds.

I ordered a couple different nails several times and every time I order at least one set doesn’t get delivered or they tell me that set was out of stock even though the website let me order the product .

it seems like the glue for the nails isn't what it use to be. It lasts maybe 3 or 4 days on some of the nails, where in the past it's lasted at least a week. I've had some pop off the same day I put them on! It also seems like the nails that are sold online have better glue then the ones in stores, which is crazy since they're the same price! I'm very disappointed, I use to wear Kiss nails constantly and now because I'm so frustrated with the quality of the glue I've stopped.

I was very disappointed with my order. Especially since I only received one white dip powder and a purple eyeliner (was supposed to get a red lipstick). I understand there’s a present pandemic but the company still should have reached out. I waited almost 2 full months, only to get something I was unable to use (had no base, top, etc.). I ordered two full dip kits & 2 colors. I feel like Kiss continued to take orders for merchandise they knew they didn’t have in stock. I’ll try another company next time around.
