Customer service was exceptional!!! I placed the wrong address and the turnaround time between the email sent to me to correct the issue and when I received my package was FAST!! 10 out of 10! I ordered the wrong color in the 2 n 1 concealer and tint (which I do think they should tweak the shade match quiz) but as a under eye concealer it’s BEAUTIFUL! I also brought face wash and omggg after the first two days I seen an difference in my skin. Skin felt like BUTTER! Smooth and hydrated! I feel people with oily skin can definitely use to balance their skin. Packaging is beautiful and of quality too. I must say well done Mrs. Alicia Keys! Well done.
