My wife and I have

My wife and I have been living this diet for 2 weeks, it fits our “tastes”, is easy to follow and got us out of a food rut that was not doing us any favors. So far all is well, I thing I have dropped 8 lbs., the wife has lost 5. Can’t complain about that!

Pleasantly surprised

I definitely know I need to lose weight since I am 5 ft 2 1/2" and 207 pounds. I have unsuccessfully tried numerous methods but never was able to stick to any of them. I have had the Keto diet materials for a couple weeks now and although I haven't been rigid in my eating I have been giving it an honest try. I guess what surprises the most is that I am not craving sweets or carbs. I always thought that I could never give up breads or sweets but by following the Keto food guide so far I have not had any terrible cravings. The recipes I have tried have been very good. I haven't gotten on a scale yet but I feel better and have noticed that I have much less heart burn. I am glad I decided to try this!
