Easy to do & already working.
I'm liking this! Three days & I've already dropped 2 lbs. ☺ Was kind of tickled today to discover cider vinegar is recommended on this lifestyle change. I've already been taking it in the morning. This is also a pretty common way weigh to keep your weight in check when you've hit your goal. (I've been following SparkPeople since last year - they're awsome!)
