We bought the Ergo Lite chair in 2017. Since 2019 I have been using it as my desk chair, use 60 hours per week. I am 300# and always use a cane. Last week ordered new front wheels and previously ordered new arm rests. So comfortable and quite robust.. Their service for parts was easy with quick delivery.
