Shipped pretty fast. Not any feedback on when wheelchair would arrive. About the time we stared to wonder if the order was actually placed, the wheelchair arrived. So happy with the wheelchair.

Great chair. better than expected

It’s my daughter’s second Karman chair. The wheelchair arrived on time and in perfect condition. Also, there was an issue with an overcharge on the shipping - but within hours of bringing it to the attention of customer service their accounting department was notified and a refund was issued. Great product and great customer service.
