Great chair. better than expected

It’s my daughter’s second Karman chair. The wheelchair arrived on time and in perfect condition. Also, there was an issue with an overcharge on the shipping - but within hours of bringing it to the attention of customer service their accounting department was notified and a refund was issued. Great product and great customer service.
