Survived shipping FEDEX. Assembly manual instructions could be improved. Show orientation arrows (front, back) in pictures. Show picture or diagram about quick release axle button and insertion point in hub and chair. Construction material seems good. Value, hope so, needs to last ten years with a 20% salvage value!?! Overall, good.

We purchased one of the same wheelchairs a few years ago. Web experience was great. Shipping time was great. However, I did not get a tracking number. I finally did a day before it was delivered after asking for it.
