I love the wheelchair.

The experience was seamless. Customer service was excellent. I failed to select a color for the wheelchair. Customer service called me immediately to get the information. The product arrived in great shape and is as described. I believe the product will definitely meet our needs.

Survived shipping FEDEX. Assembly manual instructions could be improved. Show orientation arrows (front, back) in pictures. Show picture or diagram about quick release axle button and insertion point in hub and chair. Construction material seems good. Value, hope so, needs to last ten years with a 20% salvage value!?! Overall, good.

The wheelchair looks great. Easy to fold up
