The wheelchair arm arrived very quickly. It might be helpful to note in the description that an Allen head screwdriver is necessary to attach the armrest.

Superb service and delivery. The product is GREAT! It seems quite strong. My wife loves the feel of it and says it is very comfortable. The weight is excellent. . . very light with wheels on. The great thing to me is the flexibility of the chair frame. While it is strong, it can still flex enough to take the slight drops in the sidewalk or tilt when passing over an access ramp. It flexes enough to take common obstacles easily. Great job.
