I recently purchased some products for face online and received complimentary gifts with purchase. The CS replied promptly and solved my question. I used Jurlique over 10 years, this is my lovely brand. The product smells amazing!

I had an issue with my order. Customer service resolved it and the service I got from the woman I interacted with was outstanding. She stayed with the issue till it was resolved which is effective but very rare in my experience

Jurlique website very easy to use as is the ordering process. Items are shipped quickly & are always well packaged. Products are top quality & a little goes a long way.
