Jurlique UK

I was charged £35 for the free gift. I contacted Jurlique UK a couple of times but received no reply. So I contacted Jurlique USA and Jurlique AUS. But received no reply. I did eventually receive a refund. I have used Jurlique for the past 30 or so years and, will continue to do so. I LOVE the products. I just wish their customer service was more responsive.

I bought items as there was a deal being shown across a ticker banner that was offering a free gift based on the amount spent… I spent over the threshold and never received this free gift.. very disappointed

Parcel arrived damaged.

I didn’t have any news about despatch of order 516758 that I pleased on 28th November.

Expiry Jan 2024 on creams bought in late November 2023, just 9 weeks earlier: you really know how to make someone remember the product!
