Customer service was excellent. This was ordered as a gift for a relative in the UK. After an initial glitch with the online purchase which didn't discount the free gifts, I contacted customer service via email. They arranged a refund for the incorrect charges and sent the extra free gift (which also wasn't added to my basket) to the recipient immediately.

Love your products. I had a break but have come back. They are the only products that suit my sensitive skin. I love the smell of them and there ease to use. Love them
