Great products; expensive but worth it. I'm a relatively new customer, but I've used quite a few so far, regularly, & I've yet to experience a sensitivity - even with the rose oil products. The textures are on the whole fabulous (minus the porridge-like exfoliator)) & the moisturisering creams are long lasting, being effectively penetrative but without leaving a greasy film. The delivery is extremely prompt & the packaging is protective, stylish, & of the right amount (& entirely recyclable). You always get a free sample to try something different. Ordering online is OK, but a bit confusing - there are far more products than you might originally think. The online categories lean towards promoting specific products. I found the best (so far) moisturiser within a gift set, but subsequently it was hard to find separately.
