The customer service was excellent! The courier co lost the products and my email to Julique was answered very quickly by Nikki. She dealt with the problem and arranged delivery of a replacement products for a day of my preference. She also included a few samples which was appreciated. Thank you

Fabulous products, great service. It makes a noticeable difference on mature skin. So much so the daughter commented on it.

Excellent and effcient customer service. I love the products - I don't buy any other skincare - everything else is too chemical. The only criticism I would make is that when you get to the last 2 inches of the the rose hand lotion, the pump dispenser is too short and you have to dispense the lotion manually - shake it out, in other words. Not a big deal but rather inconvenient.
