I will be very unlikely to use again because of this blatant breach of data privacy

Package was good,but didn’t get the result

The dye is fine but each month I get yet another email, promising me a perk, a free item with my subscription and yet, despite that I have never once received anything with my order. Even my first order which should have contained the starter set, it did not contain that, and when I emailed customer services to complain, they promised to send it out to me immediately - I received just the mixing bowl no dye brush and no hair clips that would have made up the starter set. Absolute joke! Honestly do not know why I am still subscribed to this service? Such a scam, promising benefits to subscribers that never materialise!
