Ordering fairly straightforward. Shipping on time. Frames lightweight. Lenses meticulously accurate with a difficult prescription. Finally fits low nose bridge (other brands who claim this did not work for me, either the frames sit too low (with my eyes in the upper 1/3 of the lens) or the frames/lenses were too heavy and pulled down). Had the frames slightly adjusted in store, great service, knowledgable and skillful- fits, feels, and looks great now.

My experience so far has been all on-line, and it has been reliable. Eventually one of these days I'll make it to the actual store. I wish there was a JINS store in San Luis Obispo, CA! Thank you for providing an online option with a low bridge fit!
