With my prescription ready, it was easy to order my glasses online. Polarized lenses took longer to process, but the finished glasses arrived safely in a very secure package. Gotta love the high quality and affordable prices.

I don't live close to a JINS but traveled to San Francisco and had the pleasure of working with Ana. She was able to accommodate our requests and my son had an unplanned purchase, we were happy with her customer service. I will say it is difficult to get hold of a person when calling any of the locations in general so 3 stars for that side of the experience. I also did not have a good experience at the Valley Fair location, they indicate walk-in appointments but would not help me, so 1 star for them and when trying to book appt online was months out, which is ridiculous. The day I was there I saw a few people in the store, so not sure what the problem was.
