So many discontinued products

Many of the products I have loved over the years are being discontinued in the UK. This is very frustrating and makes me question whether I should remain a customer or switch to other brands before their few remaining products become obsolete as well.

Customer services

Product was lovely but customer services terrible. I have e mailed three times and no answer. They sent me wrong tube of suncream which also had “try me” on it so not sure if it was a tester? I’ve ended up having to use it now but not what I wanted so very annoying.

Extremely disappointed with customer service!

Some products are great! Some are not as "safe" as they claim... If you download an app called Yuka 🥕 on Android, and scan the barcode- the app will analyse the product for you. Highly recommended. What I'm really disappointed with - is their customer service. I was offered a 50% off discount by their customer service team member to use for my next purchase (due to bottle leaking in transit) - and to this day I wasn't able to use it. They ignored my emails asking how to apply this discount to my basket at checkout, even though I forwarded the original email as confirmation of discount offered to me. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Might as well try some other natural brands instead, e.g. Faith in Nature, Green People, Neal's yard remedies to name a few.
