These are like nasal strips on steroids. Definitely working for me. Took me a few tries to figure out which nose bridge worked for me and where my nose wants the magnets to be, but customer service was super helpful. I wear mine now for cardio workouts, indoors and out. Life changing. Intake and taping my lips at night are a great combo.

After using this product for many months, I have returned to using the single use strips. Intake works very well but it's a hassle to setup with multiple steps needed and the tabs themselves are difficult to work with. The little tabs break off frequently and application is clumsy. The adhesive is itchy and doesn't hold quite the same as the plastic strips I use now. I would consider this for occasional sports use but for regular use at bedtime, it wasn't a fit.

The cleaning wipes aren’t individually wrapped and don’t fit in the travel case. Not worth the extra money they charge.
