I ordered, was doing test before 11am central time as stated, however, it didn't look right so I left submission of internet site open as I waited for support to contact me back and then to confirm with techs that pictures I sent were good to go and to send in. I submitted on site final submission & it timestamped hours after I had said I started and did blood draw and that time does not show on results. Just submission after support got back to me saying I was good to go. Go to Dr. and they can't use because time says 1:03pm and wouldn't be accepted. Now having to still go in and pay for labs in person again which is visit cost and lab costs which is what I was trying to avoid so to only pay for office visit when went to get results read and questions answered.

I received a PSA test and waited 3 days after having sex to take the test. Then, on STEP 1, where I have to enter the kit code on the web site, I get an error "Invalid Kit Code". I just got it in the mail a week ago! I want a full refund. I would not recommend imaware to anyone, and I will never use them again.

Poor communication, no word from a test that was sent in a month ago, and poor instructions on how to exactly take the tests.

So far not impressed. The sample I returned was lost in the mail (not ImAware fault of course) and I haven’t received the replacement kit yet.
