Skin Inc - Singapore

The website is quite all over the place. I was looking for the 24K Gold Device but it was not listed as a Device? Placing order was quick, delivery took 3 working days, however delivery courier always leave the items outside my door without contacting me and they just change the delivery status to Delivered. I cant imagine if my orders like the Tri Light device goes missing, i did 3 orders and all of the delivery was left outside without contacting me when i was not at home. I feel that the serum selection was very basic, compared to other brands, and people are also commenting on the Personalized Serum which you need to mix yourself, there are a lot of wastage from the Small Serum Bottles, why not the Skin Inc mix them for us and ensure that we get what we paid for in terms of quantity?

Itchy to the nose.

Bought Optimizer Voyage Tri-Light after I received email from Skin Inc for my birthday mth. It says "In addition to 20% off all your purchases, we’re gifting you a 30ml Deepsea Hydrating Mask in place of a birthday cake (*with a minimum spend of S$80)". The offer was attractive but was misleading. The fine prints were listed in ways where customers may outlook easily. I only found out the gift is in redemption form after I received my order and I have to make more purchases in order to receive it. Since it is a birthday gift, I believe Skin Inc can do better to show its sincerity to customers. I personally do not feel the sincerity but find this is more of a marketing gimmick. Anyway this product, is not as effective as it seems to be. I end up having breakout after using it.

Don't see much of an effect over the tri-light. Delivery and service is ok tho.

Ordered the SPARKLE IN A FLASH SET but it did not come in the pouch as per advertisement indication. Pls provide the pouch. Thanks.
